01.07.23:  The Maryland State Arts Council has selected Matthew's "Sketch #183: Mount Rushmore" to be featured in their "Art in Treasured Spaces Exhibition."

Mount Rushmore will hang outside The Comptroller's Office down in the MD State Capital of Annapolis.

It is a privilege and honor to be included in the latest art exhibit, "Whimsy,"  at The Carroll Arts Center.  If you have followed my drawing journey from the beginning (back at the end of 2018) you probably have an idea how much this means to me.  Three years and 220 drawings later I reached the milestone of having a piece on display.  Thank you Carroll Arts Council and Carroll Arts Center.  The Whimsy Exhibit is on display now through Saturday, March 5, 2022 at the Carroll Arts Center in Westminster, MD.  If you are local to the area feel free to check out all the amazing artists on display.

"Chasing the Wind" is featured almost exclusively on The Weather Channel's Local on the 8s during coverage of Hurricane Sandy.  Unprecedented exposure to millions of Weather Channel viewers causes "Chasing the Wind" to climb to the top of the charts for both iTunes and Amazon.
